Story tips and documents
Include a source URL, the date of the development and the companies or jurisdictions involved. Explain what is new and why it matters to payments or stablecoin readers. A submission does not guarantee coverage.
Confidentiality and embargoes
Do not send sensitive material until any confidentiality or embargo arrangement has been expressly agreed. An embargo label alone does not establish an agreement. Ordinary email should not be treated as a secure document channel; never send credentials, recovery phrases or unnecessary personal records.
Corrections and complaints
Include the article URL, the exact statement you dispute and evidence supporting the correction. Our corrections policy explains how factual corrections differ from updates and clarifications. Response times depend on the request and available evidence.
Permissions and commercial enquiries
For syndication, image reuse or other permissions, identify the material and intended use. For advertising, include the proposed format, timing and organisation. Paid placements must be distinguished from editorial coverage; commercial enquiries do not confer control over editorial conclusions.
Privacy requests
Use the same address for privacy questions, identifying the email address or record involved. Do not include additional sensitive information unless it is needed to handle the request. See our privacy policy.
